Terms of Service

Effective August 7, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MySimLeague, including its website, Discord bot, league-management tools, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use MySimLeague

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your location. If you use MySimLeague for a league, organization, or team, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

2. Accounts and Discord

You are responsible for your account, login methods, Discord server permissions, and activity performed through them. Keep credentials and temporary connection codes secure. Notify us through the official MySimLeague support channel if you believe your account or league has been accessed without permission.

3. League content and administration

You retain ownership of the league names, schedules, rosters, results, standings, messages, and other content you submit. You grant MySimLeague permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. League owners and authorized Discord server managers are responsible for the accuracy of their league data and administrative decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use MySimLeague to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, harass others, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape it excessively, impersonate others, or submit deceptive or harmful content. You may not misuse the Discord bot or attempt to bypass its permission checks.

5. Third-party services

MySimLeague may rely on third-party services such as Discord and authentication or hosting providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions controlled by those providers.

6. Service availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep MySimLeague available and league data persistent, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every feature will always remain available. Keep independent copies of data that is important to you.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, or address violations of these terms. You may stop using MySimLeague at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

8. Disclaimers

MySimLeague is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MySimLeague is an independent league-management service and is not endorsed by racing game publishers, vehicle manufacturers, racing series, or Discord unless expressly stated.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySimLeague and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or league activity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the revised terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
